Course Structure: Contents and Assessment Pattern
This course is worth 1 credit and consists of 4 modules.
Each module consists of the following components:
- Lessons
- IBL: Inquiry Based Learning
- Project
Self assessment can be undertaken by taking the quizzes available per lesson on this WordPress website. Self assessment in this manner will not lead to certification.
Formal assessment for certification is available on the Edmodo platform and will be carried out as follows:
Weekly assessment of each component will be in the following manner:
- Lessons: Online MCQ tests per lesson.
- IBL: Inquiry Based Learning: Weekly questions are to be answered
- Project: Weekly Submission of Photos, videos and results of experiments along with the submission of a final project report in the 4th week.

- IBL: Inquiry Based Learning:
Our efforts are directed towards the improvement of crop productivity in an eco-friendly manner. In order to understand the various factors that affect crop productivity, we need to understand the soil type, soil composition, climatic and rainfall/ irrigation requirements and fertilizer requirement of the crop under consideration. Hence this inquiry has been designed with these aspects in mind.
